So my PM is 100% full (with only about 100 messages - why is this forum so tiny in terms of space?) but the worst problem is I can't even delete any messages (apparently when you get to 100% it won't even allow you to select messages to delete).

Can someone (Pete?  Does someone else administer here?) help me out?  I suspect other folks DO try and PM me with no success.

Hi Mike

Please try the following:

1. In your Inbox put a check in the messages you want to delete.
2. Then in the dropdown at the bottom of the page, select "Move To: Deleted Messages" and click "Go".
3. Once moved, on the left hand panel select " Empty PM Folders"
4. Now put a check in "Deleted Items" and click "Empty Selected".

This should completely clear your unwanted messages.

Yeah, I can't do that Pete.

It won't allow me to check ANY messages - almost like it just refuses to allow me to even select anything (trust me, I've deleted messages in the past with no issue, but I've never had my box completely full.  Once it's completely full it seems to behave VERY differently.  Which you can't see, of course, unless YOUR box is 100% full).
