Update: This was caused by having the "Keep neck" option checked (the default state) on one of the HeadShot generation screens.
The original model included a neck and part of the surrounding area (which ultimately became the "trough").
Went through the generation process a second time and unchecked that option and the trough is gone.

This was explained actually in the expert review from a few days ago: https://forum.reallusion.com/546925/Expert-Review-Craft-Your-Digital-Twin-Headshot-20-Plugin-for-Character-Creator. It's worth having a look at.

I imported this head (fbx) and went through the HeadShot 2.0 generation process.
The head itself looks and works great, but I have this "trough" around the neck for some reason.
Any ideas on why this happened?
