I have just purchased the live face plugin however when I try to download it, It says it found a related trial program which isn't compatible and to remove it. I can't find the file to remove and i don't know how to remove my old live face trial.

Try opening the Reallusion Hub (make sure are signed in with the same account you used to purchase iClone 8 and the Live Face Plug-in), then select iClone 8 and look in the Add-ons section to see if "Face Mocap (iPhone)" is showing as installed (see below). If it is, just uninstall from the Hub and you should then be able to install the full version.

If Face Mocap (iPhone) is not showing as installed, try going to Windows Start > Settings > Apps and then look for the Face Profile (iPhone) listed there. If you find it you can then uninstall it which will allow you to install the full version using the Hub.
