Is there a way to mirror an object? For instance I have an object and I want to mirror it so it looks the opposite way.

If I understand your question. This is how I would do this: Place the prop on the stage, then place the same prop on the stage, at the same coordinates (x,y,z). Rotate the 2nd prop 270 degrees along the Z axis then move the 2nd prop along the x axis. Here is an example:
Hope this helps.

I understood it to mean creating a mirror of an object that is not symmetrical, like from a left-hand glove to a right-hand glove, which you can't do, although maybe now you can using 3d exchange and exporting.

Thanks zuijlen.

Blender has a mirror function, it's in the modifiers panel. You have to be in object mode, it won't work in edit mode. If your unfamiliar with Blender, it's a free modeling program with many high end features and a good selection of export/import options. It's also notoriously user unfriendly with it's interface relying heavily on hotkeys. If you have problems figuring it out, just let me know and I'll send you button by button instructions on how to perform the operation ;) Cheers, Chris

Hey Reallusion Developer Staff! Here is a good suggestion! A mirror button! OR allow Scale sliders to go negative! Same thing! Very handy! Mike
