Hi
I have not any template in content manager and i downloaded a resource pack but I don't know where to put it. help me please.

In Cartoon Animator 5 all content is installed using Content Manager. You can't install downloaded resource packs.

Just check in Content Manager > Pack tab > Free Resource. There you will find many free resource packs that can be installed by double clicking the thumbnails.
