Will I be able to create with cartoon animation a 2D Christmas city scene where I can add a library from 10 cars and add some code or script that those 10 cars randomly pass along the road? For example, every 2 minutes, some of the cars from my library will come from left to right, and after some time, they will come back from right to left. And also, with code or script, add some random NPC characters walking on the street every 2 minute. Also can I add some trees on the street to have constant movement from the wind. I need this scene to be 30 minutes long. A long time ago, some interesting screensavers were done similarly. I know that the characteristic is very similar to a game, but this scene won't have any playable or clickable items or characters. If I can't do it in your software, could you assist me in finding the best and easiest software to do this?

Hi... Cartoon Animator 5 can certainly create and animate a scene like the one you describe. However, CTA5 doesn't have any form of randomization or coding options, so the characters and cars would need to be keyframed on the timeline to appear at the required times. They won't randomly appear.
