The error message indicates that CC4 is not able to access the folder where the content is to be installed.

Did you install to the default content folders or did you choose a custom location? If you chose a custom drive/folder option, where did you choose to install the content?

One other thing to check is that you are logged into your computer with an Administrator account. If you are not an Admin then that could account for the problems accessing the content folders. You can check if you are using an Admin account or just a User account in Start > Settings > Accounts.

Idk where do you talk about the "start->settings" there are no option like that in cc4 ... Sorry

Start Button > Settings > Accounts is not in CC4. You do this from your Windows OS. The Start button is on the the left side of the Task Bar.

Oh okay i see, but yeah i am, but i uninstall reinstall everything without changing any file location but i changed nothing i have still same error message ..
