The eye occlusion, and tearline, are separate meshes with their own blendshapes that must also be set to the same as the body, if you're setting them directly.

Thanks! I was using the default Idle animation from charcater creator 4 exported to unity, I think they didn't applied that shape key into that animation for the occlusion object, so it is playing only for the body object.
I will try to fix it.

Yes, every object has to be keyed by name in the animation clip, which causes problems with re-using a clip on another character, particularly with facial hair.

That's what the Animation Retargeter is for, it will pull the blend shape tracks from the chosen clip and generate tracks for any matching blend shapes in other objects, for the current character in the importer window, as well as some other corrections: Blend Shape Retargeting
