So I'm FINALLY getting the time to try out Accuface (lots of $$$ to spend for someone who already has both Faceware and Live Face) and I make ONE test (just one) and suddenly it tells me I only have 8 seconds left to record to try this out.  My recording (the one and only) was about 10 seconds and the audio visemes thingee didn't work so how the f$@# can I tell if this thing is worth using when the trial apparently only works for a few seconds?

Sigh - I know RL is beset with pirates, but this is ridiculous.  Why not just let me use this for a day?  Or even an hour?  Why expire after 10 seconds so I can't even SLIGHTLY evaluate this properly?  (My first test the head DID work okay but then started shaking terribly.  I assume this will work properly but I'm not convinced the viseme thingee ever will).

I don't expect to see a reply from RL here - of the MANY things they get wrong support is one of them - but I know the clock is ticking on the "special" (yeah, it's REALLY special to offer this thing at over $200 to someone who has bought tens of thousands of dollars from them) and I guess my choices are to buy a pig in a poke (I guess the good news is they are pretty good at refunds and if, after buying, I think this thing sucks I might likely get my money back.  I guess that's my only alternative now).

The trial should give you up to 10 recordings with a duration of 30 seconds. It may not seem long but you can use preview instead of recording to check the results and tweak your setup before committing to a recording. Sadly I'm not sure why your trial has ended early but I can only guess something must have glitched out because it doesn't seem to be a bug affecting everyone using the trial.

Although it won't lesson the frustration, if you want to have longer to try out AccuFace, please remember that you can purchase it, do as many recordings as you like, and still have the option to return it within 14 days if it doesn't give you the results you need.
