I watched the video thrice.   My bb ezcam controller is in the openplugin folder, and still not showing up in iclone 8, even restarted computer.   What should be simple is not.  thanks for any help.  

Did you download the version for iClone 8? 

In your Plugin Inventory list there should be a dropdown to select the version of the plugin (shown here for another plugin):

Also, the written instructions on the product page give the install path for iClone 7. For iClone 8, this should be:  C:\Program Files\Reallusion\iClone 8\Bin64\OpenPlugin.

Thank you, because when i redownload the file, it was different looking than the one i originally downloaded.  now it works.
