I've recently started using Blender for my renders but I've ran into a few issues upon importing my characters. The first one is that CC/iClone's "Diffuse Color" is not exportable. I use it on all of my characters and I cannot really recreate the exact colors I want with the sliders in the diffuse adjustment window. In the case of Digital Human Eyes, it seems impossible to really recreate it just by adjusting the diffuse map, since it seperates certain parts of the eye.
An easy resolution would be to just add the same kind of "Diffuse Color" effect over the materilas in Blender (not chanigng the imported materials but adding another layer of color, just like it is in CC/iClone). Is this possible in Blender?
The other thing that's not being exported is the tessellation on the mesh. I always use tessellation on my characters, since subdivison makes them skinnier than intended. Subdivison modifier in Blender has this same problem. Is there a way to create the same type of tessellation in Blender? When I search for it, the search results in tutorials in something entirely different than what I need.
Thanks in advance for your help!
