I hope this message finds you well. I recently engaged in a discussion with a fellow content developer regarding the prospect of a collaborative effort. It came to my attention that the current collaboration structure entails an all-or-nothing approach.

I would like to propose an alternative approach that allows developers to contribute to specific packs independently. Specifically, if a developer contributes to a single pack, there should be and option to include them with a predetermined percentage rate upon publication. The proposed workflow involves Reallusion receiving its commission first, following which the remaining proceeds would be distributed amount the contributors based on the agreed upon allocation. 
I believe that this could foster more collaborative and diverse projects, encouraging developers to work together on individual packs rather than committing to an-encompassing collaboration, This approach not only allows for greater flexibility but also incentives for contributors based on their specific involvement. 

I would appreciate your thoughts on this proposal and whether it aligns with the vision of policies of our collaborative efforts.
