Did you have any luck resolving this issue? I'm currently considering buying. I haven't had my hands on it yet, so I don't know your issue completely. I just noticed in my history with free trials turned to purchased programs, that some things go awry. I've had to un-install, remove all bits and pieces scattered across computer (always hard to track for me), and reinstall paid version. I hesitate doing the free trials because of this, because its happened to me so many times over the years. Please let me know how it goes and if you can get it to work. Best of luck!

Hello everyone

Is there a problem with AccuFace-Video?
Before buying, I had tested the trial version with the webcam and with viedos. Everything has worked perfectly.
But now, the video function does not work enymore.
I can use the webcam mode - with no problem. Than I switch to video mode and noething works anymore. The head moves once and stops - forever.
I have also installed the "Codec Guide" video codecs according to the instructions. And have tried various variations of formats of .avi and .mp4 - even when the same video that worked during the tests no longer works.
