Everything is hooked up and working. The lighting is good, the camera is at eye level, all known settings are at default. There's only one problem. The motion captured is only a a small amount of the motion seen. All the motions are subdued.

Any comments or suggestions are welcome.

I haven't played this with yet, but aren't there settings somewhere to adjust the contribution of the various parts? It works that way with LiveFACE, so it should be similar.

I was going to say something like that perhaps the model didn't get enough sleep :doze:, but that would have been unfriendly...

Those sliders disappeared a day ago. Restarting everything brought them back. I'll give those a try (There are now two YT vids that show the software works flawlessly straight out of the box)

I know the screen shot is funny, maybe you mistook me for the model.

No, I meant the avatar on the right. You seem to be wide awake!

I've come to the conclusion that there is a bit of behind-the-scenes fiddling needed to make Accuface work properly that as yet has not been documented, and that the iPhone has no need of at all. I've also spotted a couple of webcam mocap plugins that should have the bugs worked out of them in the near future. We'll see how things look after the first of the year.
