Connecting a remote computer to your office network definitely needs a VPN connection or you need an exclusive IP address for your office computer, which you probably cannot acquire.

Usually, IPv4 addresses are shared online by many different Internet participants, because there aren't enough addresses for everyone. The internet provider distributes the network traffic to the individual networks participants. Basically, your software at home cannot directly connect to your office computer. That's impossible.

In case you have a working VPN connection, you need to make sure that both computers are part of the same subnet. This means, your office computer and your home computer need an IP address from one of the private IP address spaces

• Class A: 10.0.0.0 to 10.255.255.255

• Class B: 172.16.0.0 to 172.31.255.255

• Class C: 192.168.0.0 to 192.168.255.255

So I have Iclone installed at work and at home and we purchased accuface and tested it at work yesterday. No issues. But today I am working remotely and trying to get it to connect on my home system and the IP addresses on ACCUFACE and Iclone do not match and there doesn't seem to be a way to change the Ip addresses for them to connect. Any help? As it seems reallusion has published software but has given no info on troubleshooting as per usual.
