HELP! I have a deadline of Halloween to complete my first animation, I am having trouble changing the root orientation of a motion, here is the original position of the character, the one lying down on his side.

 but when i apply the second motion i get this weird result:


I see that the origin of the second motion is 0,0,0 what i need is it to be on the left edge of the bed with him -180 rotation, I tried Morion Director with no change, how do I fix this??
Any insight will be greatly appreciated. Please don't let this project end in failure.
