TBH, I haven't been using Cartoon Animator for a while, but this morning I thought I'd have a play around with it. Bear in mind that I only ever install from the Reallusion Hub, I was rather shocked when I went to start Cartoon Animator and my anti-virus immediately deleted the executable. I immediately went to the Hub, uninstalled, then re-installed and the program is running again with no problem.
Copy of log file below:

Event: Object deleted
Application: Cartoon Animator 5
User: JOHNGEEKOM\jungl
User type: Initiator
Component: System Watcher
Result description: Deleted
Type: Trojan
Name: PDM:Trojan.Win32.Generic
Threat level: High
Object type: Process
Object path: C:\Program Files\Reallusion\Cartoon Animator 5\bin64
Object name: CartoonAnimator.exe
MD5: E4104D9FA7AC8760B6EF2C41D63E11BF

Hi...

I would certainly advise running a full system scan of your computer because it's possible a virus has got into your system, through other means.

Most likely though this is a false positive which can occur from time to time with different anti-virus software.

As for Cartoon Animator itself, this has been tested and is totally virus free provided you installed using the Hub and not via a download from elsewhere. We also have had no other reports of this issue occurring which further points to a false positive from your anti-virus software.
