I'm following the online documentation for iClone 8 for AccuLips - Facial Animation - 'Reducing Jumpy Mouth Movements as a Character Talks' Here
In the Reducing Lip Key section,  It says t
1. On the Lips track, right click in the empty space to show the right-click menu.
2. Click on the Reduce Lip Keys command. <<< This doesn't appear when right clicking on the Lips track though. Was this removed? Or moved elsewhere?

In AccuLips there are no redundant visemes. However, you can smooth the mouth motions with Lip Options.

Right-click in the Lip Options track. At the dialog there are various smoothing options you can try.

In the manual it is called "stylizing": https://manual.reallusion.com/iClone-8/Content/ENU/8.0/51-Animation-Timeline-Editing/Stylizing_Mouth_Movements.htm
