I need help with the issue of IClone 8 and CC4 Enter Suspended Mode in Windows - After Crash or Sometimes Just Closing.
With the last and current versions, I have experienced more crashing and then I have to reboot because content manager will not be available upon reopening..

I can't be the only one stuck with this problem, Solutions are welcomed,75% of original size (was 670x19) - Click to enlargehttps://forum.reallusion.com/uploads/images/993531b1-27bc-4f02-b716-0c96.png

Hi...

Do you leave your computer running with iClone 8 open but not in use for long periods?

I ask because Windows normally puts software in Suspended mode if it is not being used and is hogging up valuable system resources. This issue can normally be overcome by closing iClone 8 down by using the End Task option in Task Manager and then relaunching.

However, if it is solely crashing that is causing this problem, then I would advise contacting Support about this and provide your dxdiag.txt to them so they can check for any issues.

Hello Peter,

I have contacted support multiple times and haven't got any answers yet.
I do not leave IClone open when I am not working.

Thanks for updating. Support may be unable to find the cause because this isn't an issue we have seen reported before. Unfortunately it may just be linked to your computers configuration or a hardware issue.

However, please do keep in touch with Support. They will be best placed to investigate and help you if it is possible.
