The easiest solution is to scrub the playbar or timeline to the points where there is an issue and then select Animation >  Edit Motion Layer. Now you can tweak the positioning of the hands/arms to stop them passing through the clothes. Just repeat this for each frame there is an issue.

I tried to animate CC created clothes character but as it moves and gestures the hands annoyingly pass through clothing as if the clothing wasn't there.  This destroys the credibility of the animation.
