Did you purchase and install the RL Live Face Profile? This is in addition to the Live Face app from Apple.

So I was following this tutorial (https://courses.reallusion.com/home/iclone/pipelines/motion-live/facial-mocap-live-face?v=iclone-7-22-tutorial-motion-live-facial-mocap-with-iphone-live-face) 
I get to the part where we have to add the gear list for facial animation, but when I clicked the plus button, it is not showing the option for Live Face...somehow the box is hidden, and I am not sure how to fix this. Perhaps it is a bug?
