Hello!

I'm new to ActorCore and have a simple question. I uploaded my character to AccuRig and successfully rigged it. Then I uploaded my rigged character to ActionCore to apply a mocap animation. When exporting the mocap animation from Actorcore I only have "download motion" option and when downloading I get the motion and my character separated. Am I doing something wrong or is it not possible to download the rigged character with the mocap data together?

I would appreciate any help.
Thanks!
Daniel

Hi Daniel

When you click the Download (Motion) button under the ActorCore preview window, you should then have the option of selecting your actor (see below). You can choose from a list of actors purchased or uploaded from AccuRig.

Then once downloaded you will have a zip file that contains two folders. The Actor folder will have the avatar FBX and the Motion folder will have all the motion files in FBX format. You then just need to apply the motions to your avatar in your chosen 3D software (C4D in this case).
