Why did I reinstall the system and then install Cartoon Animation 5 through HUB? It shows that the number of installed computers exceeds the number of authorized computers. Although I have two computers that have been authorized to install Cartoon Animation 5, one of them cannot be reinstalled after reinstalling the system through a USB flash drive, and I did not replace it with a new computer. I don't know what's going on here? How does your software collect computer information and perform testing? The hardware information of the computer has not changed, why cannot it be installed?

Hi...

For the convenience of our users we allow for up to TWO simultaneous installs on separate computers. This means that you may install one copy on two separate computers without issue providing only one computer is in use at any one time.

Sadly if you make hardware changes or reinstall Windows then our system will see this as a new computer.

The best way to avoid this happening is to simply uninstall from the old computer first while connected to the internet before making the changes and and this will free up your license. Then reinstall once you have made the changes. Note: Reinstallation is always recommended after making hardware or OS changes to your computer.

However to resolve the issue now, you can manually deactivate from one of the two currently installed computers. Please follow the steps below to deactivate your license from an old computer.

1. Login to your Member Account.
2. Switch to the Registration page: https://www.reallusion.com/member/#/en/registration
3. Check the "Activated Number" column. If your products show 2 then you need to deactivate.
4. Click the "Details" link in the Activated Number column.
5. Scroll down to see the computers currently activated.
6. Click the "Deactivate Now" link to remove a computer.
7. You should now be able to install again.

I hope this helps.
