Hi, 
We have purchased the PartyPack 1 for our project and we're trying to make some cinematics for our scenes using the characters.
However, after following the whole process of importing the characters to unreal engine 5.1 (without any other app) downloading the character and the motion from the website, 
Eventhough I tend to download the 4K version of each character, when following the importing process to unreal, it seems to lose quality a lot and it is not acceptable. 
Couldn't find a way around it, so I'm asking you if you can help me.
