From what I can tell the iPhone 11 used a 7 megapixel truedepth camera, The iPhone 12 upgraded to 12 megapixel truedepth camera. And now the 14 has a auto focus added to the truedepth camera.. Does any of this make a difference when trying to record high quality facial mocap?

I guess what would really matter is the amount of data the iPhone is outputting from the TrueDepth Camera. I bet the iPhone 14 pro exports a lot more date than a regular iPhone 11. But then again, the iPhone 11 probably exports enough data for decent facial tracking. Especially coupled with the Live Face Profile smoothing algorithms.. A developer or tester would have to answer

I would think that since they all use the same LiveFace app from Apple that that would determine the amount of data sent to iClone.

Only the camera features have changed so there isn't really any notable difference with LiveFace.
