Well I ended up contacting support as I still had the issue. They promptly sent me a fix and it looks like all is well as it has been working without opening the app on it's own, for over 9 hours. I will wait till tomorrow to call it fixed but I believe it is.

I will try that but last night before I went to bed I always check my email one more time and then just turn off the monitor as usual, but when I woke it the RL Hub was open on my screen, I closed it with the X (exit) in the top right corner. Then again this morning it was on my screen opened up again. Is it ok to uninstall it and reinstall it without messing anything up?
Thanks,
TS

edit #1: I checked under notifications and the RL Hub isn't even in there. I am running Windows 10.
edit #2: I uninstalled the RL Hub and downloaded the latest version (which I believe was what I already had) and installed it again. Now I will wait and see what happens. If I still have problems I will contact support.
edit #3: I just checked and the RL Hub is now in the Settings and Notifications list so it will likely work. Smile

Try to disable notifications for the Hub under Settings/Notifications and actions:

I don't know if this will do the trick. I have it enabled, but I don't get daily notifications.

I just noticed the last few days that when I turn on my monitor in the morning, there is the Reallusion hub displayed that all of my products are up to date.I leave my PC on 24 hours a day and this behavior just started likely after a RL Hub update recently. I see no way to change the check for update in the settings. Please advise.
Thanks.
TS
