Hello,
Do you remember how you resolved it in CC3 before? The CC4.3 updates may not cause it; I think it is the Smart Content Manager. I suggest you try resetting the database first: Alternatively, reinstall CC4. If the issue persists, you may need to contact support and provide them with the error screenshot and your system information.

I updated CC4 and the Smart Content Manager is stuck Initializing Content Manager. I’ve had this problem with other versions of CC3 in the past. Any solutions?
