Hello, I am experiencing a problem importing custom hair into Character Creator 4. As instructed in the manual, I have imported the hair as accessory. However, contrary to what is indicated, I do not have the option to "Create hair, brows, & Beard" available in the Edit menu. It is grayed out and cannot be selected, nor does it appear in the Modify panel.

Is there a way to overcome this issue? For some reason, I suspect it may be something trivial that I have overlooked.

Do you have the Accessory selected. The Create Hair, Brows, Beard button will only become active if the accessory itself is selected.

Thank you very much for your reply! Unfortunately, it wasn't that simple even though I eventually managed to solve the problem. Out of frustration I just settled on having the accessory following the head of the character when posing and right away the option to convert it to hair became available.
Therefore, to everyone having the same issue, just parent the hair to the head of the character and that should fix the problem.
