Moreover, in iClone 8.3, , I can play all my projects files that I worked on in iClone 8.1. I could not play them in iClone 8.2. But now iClone 8.3 can open them all. I’m surprised not more people complained about this. An error that cost me a lot of worry and lost hours.

Even when you refresh, I think there is an error in Reallusion Hub. It says it will update to version 8.23 (which I already had), but I downloaded anyway and what I got is version 8.3

Did you try to refresh? It's the double circular arrow icon. I needed to do that as well.

This is not showing in the Updates tab of your hub my instance is still showing as version 8.23

While using 4K duo monitor: The gear list and character profile window appears on the primary monitor when the Motion Live window is dragged to the secondary monitor.
