Hello wonderful braintrust :) 

   I would like to be able to set a marker on my time line and then be able to snap to that position.  For instance,  In the Timeline, I would like to go to frame 100 as an example, and then select my animation clip and move it, but NOT the frame I am on and stay on 100. Effectively moving the clip and see the animation update in the viewport on that particular frame to help find the exact key I want to use as a start or blend point.  Is there a way to do this?
