Is there a way to have an object visible in the Editor and hidden during render? I have eye targets (spheres) that I want to be visible in the Editor but hidden when rendering.

One way would be the make the eye targets dummy objects (this is setting under Modify). Dummy objects don't render. You can use Ctrl+D to toggle their visibility in the view port..

Worth a try but, unfortunately, when I check "Set as Dummy," the object is hidden in the Editor.
What I'm doing for now is placing these type of objects in their own collection so I can hide them all at once prior to rendering. Not ideal, but...
Most apps I've used provide the option to selectively enable/disable objects at render-time. Seems like it would be extremely simple to implement.

Press Ctrl+D to make dummies visible in the viewport. They will still not render.
