When I export my character from IClone in Fbx format and import it in blender with specific set of viseme blend shapes for lipsync to be used by acculip (in either mode 1-1 direct or 8+7 phoneme pair) the blendshapes which contribute to mouth opening do not open mouth or their is no jaw opening in those specific blend shape (when manually varied in blender by using their respective sliders in the blendshape tab) , however they do make the required lip expression 

this is Not the case when playing the animation directly from the exported fbx , the character does make the required facial expression with their mouth opening/jaw opening
