Login to your Reallusion account and click on Plug-in under the inventory List

Look for the Replica Studios plugin and select V8.00 from the dropdown list.

I think I might have unknowingly downloaded the iC7 version. What I am wondering now is where exactly would I go to get the version that works with iC8?

The Replica studio plugin is available for both iClone 7 & 8 and is different for each version. Make sure that you have the correct version one placed in the Open plugin folder. The iClone 8 version has a file date in 2022 while the iClone 7 one is dated 2021.

Thank you very much for taking the time to reply. I apologize for not giving you guys more information, the screenshots you sent were a perfect example of one of the plugins that I am having trouble with. I placed the ReplicaStudios folder in the same exact location and than opened iC8 and it’s not on the list of plugins 😥

You don't mention which plugins you are unable to use.

The python plugins don't get installed in the same way as most other items. Most, if not all python plugins are downloaded as .zip files. Unzip the files, leaving the folder structure intact and simply move or copy the unzipped folder to:
C:\Program Files\Reallusion\iClone 8\Bin64\OpenPlugin for iClone and C:\Program Files\Reallusion\Character Creator 4\Bin64\OpenPlugin for Character Creator.

The folder should then look something like this depending on which plugins you have placed there.:

Start iClone and the plugins should be available as shown below:

Hello everyone, I am vey new to CC4 & iC8 so I appologize if this is a silly question but I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me install plugins. I have watched numerous videos on how to install plugins but non of them has worked so far. Is there a up to date / known way to install these plugins because I followed something posted by realussion and that didnt even work. They said put it in the OpenPlugin folder and that should work, I tried that, and it did NOT work.....Please help.
