Does anyone know a way to sign-in when your internet connection is via a proxy? Other software, if they're unable to read the internet option connection settings in windows, typically have a manual way to enter the proxy ip and port. However with iclone i'm blocked before i even get a chance. I see nothing in the registry nor in the .ini files that i can put a proxy and port.

I don't know of a workaround for this but have you tried contacting Technical Support. They may be able to help you resolve this problem.
