In 3DXChange,you import the character with the animation, and then you import the same file but in the animation section on the right, and then add to perform if you want to send the animation to iclone.

10000 of Thanks, will be nice if the textures / colors we always be part of the file ( format )
Sometimes you see something very nice and when you load the file is just a gray object.
Well explained !!       1000 thanks to you.

PS: Why sometimes 3Dxchange does not load properly the whatever object?
It will load the file but will be all deformed.

Also I upload fbx files that contains animation ( fbx ) and sometimes they ok, but sometime
there is no animation at all.

MTL files contain references to texture files, they are not texture files themselves. They are used in conjunction with OBJ files. They are not used with FBX files.

The FBX file you have may have their materials embedded (in which case the files are large, up to 10s of MBs). Alternatively, the material textures are separate, and they should have been provided.

You ask about iClone 7, in which case you need 3DXchange to be able to import the FBX files. In 3DXchange you can see if the materials are there are not.
