The materials that come in the iRay+Pack plugin that I bought on 5/18/2023 are not applied to the object. I drag the material, but it doesn't work. Do I have to configure anything after installation? Could you help me? Thank you.

If you are new to the Iray Plug-in, please take a little time to watch the Iray tutorials found below. The Intro and Settings tutorials should be the first watch and these will help you learn how to apply materials.

The materials still don't work. Is it so complicated to buy materials that work without having to watch 13 tutorials?

I’ve been using the Iray plugin since iC7 and it was working fine in iC8 until recently and I agree the materials are not applying to the object anymore. Does this have to do with the discontinuation of the plugin? It’s stated that the plugin should still work fine with the program.
