When iClone 8 is purchased the serial number is registered to the account that was used for the purchase.

You will either need to login with the same username and password used for the purchase, or your company will need to contact Customer Support to request the serial number be transferred to your account.

Hello! My company purchased for me Iclone-8, and they send me the serial number. But when I try to register it, I see - "This serial number is already registered". 
How can I solve this problem?
