Hi guys, Im loving the software ! ... but Im experiencing some serious issues with installing Ultimate Morphs pack

1. it doesnt show in the new purchase tab in smart content tab
2. downloading .rlcontent file doesnt help also, (I have installed "The Downloader" - and after opening .rlcontent file Im getting message "Cannot find the program associated with the download file. Please intsall iClone or CrazyTalk, or iClone Character Creator first.

its like it does not recognize my Character Creator as installed or something, help ! 

Hi...

You can't use the Content Downloader with iClone 8 or CC4. All content purchases are installed using Content Manager inside iClone 8 or CC4.

If you are not seeing your purchase in Content Manager, try clicking Refresh a couple of times and if that doesn't work try closing down CC4 and restart it.

Do also make sure to be on the Pack tab of Content Manager and then try running a search on "Ultimate Morphs". This should display the pack.
