Recently, I bought Mo-Cap Insults and Taunts, only to find it was only for iClone. My fault for not checking, but are there any mocap motions for CC? Yes, I've looked at Actorcore, but those are all too short and can't be linked together in CC.

I'm using CC4 and iC8 and have had no trouble using the same animations in either program.

Any of the motions I've ever downloaded will work in CC4 so not sure why those won't - but whatever motions you get can't be joined together in CC - that's what iClone is for. Using motions in CC3 is really only for testing weightmaps, expressions, etc.

If you have IC7 or IC8, you can combine motions with collect clip and send them to CC4. If you create expressions and voice in IC7 and IC8, you can save those as a Motion Plus file and use in CC4. Then your character in CC4 can talk also. If you don't have IC, maybe somebody can create a Motion Plus file for you using the free motions in IC. God Bless. Happy Easter.
