I haven't played much with it myself, but I believe Motion Director has features where characters can avoid bumping into each other. In normal circumstances they would walk right through each other.

In iClone? If in iClone, the short answer is no, not with the native iClone assets or the normal iClone workflow, theoretically. I only say this because as soon as I do someone will prove me wrong with a unique workaround probably involving Blender and or Unreal. :)
