Hello all, I've sent an email into support, but no answer after 24 hours, not even an automated reply. The gist of the email is getting in contact with the product manager(s) for the Iray plug-in and for iclone and character creator.
Basically, we built a system that attaches your local Iray to our remote GPUs (from just something like a single 1080 @ $1.40/hr to something like 3.5x a 3090 @ $24/hr. Iray and our service automatically handle in the background gathering everything needed for the render and sending it (securly and in a way that does not violate DRM ) up to the server (and storing it temporarily incase you need it again soon so it does not have to be uploaded again)
The issues is that to enable the service for iClone and Character creator, Reallusion just needs to spend a few hours to turn on the features already built into the Iray SDK they use to build the Iray Plug-in. We'd love to have a discussion with them about this.... but so far have been unable to contact anyone.

Unfortunately there are no plans to further update the Iray Plug-in. All future upgrades and improvements will be made to the Nvidia Omniverse Connector which allows Iray and Path Tracing renders. The Iray Plug-in will continue to function within iClone and CC but will not receive further updates or new features.
