I know this topic has been posted before because this has been a problem in previous versions of Character Creator, but I'm refreshing it because it's still relevant. I have pretty powerful computer and even though I work on big projects it has no real issues. So when I try to save a project file it pretty much gets to 93% saved instantly. And THEN (very often) Character Creator gets stuck creating the thumbnail. I used to think it was my computer when I had a much slower computer, but with this new computer it's STILL happening. So then I thought maybe it's the size of the project file, but that isn't it either.
The program gets stuck here so much it's becoming a real issue. Moreover, sometimes the program either crashes or gets frozen indefinitely at this point. Or it fails to save altogether. Is there something I'm missing here??? I'm assuming it HAS to be doing more than just creating the thumbnail. If all the program is doing is creating the thumbnail I'm now to the point where I'd prefer to skip the thumbnail. I LIKE the thumbnails, but I create MS Word files all the time that I know by name; I can do the same with my CC project files. Is this a problem that's easily fixed or is it something I'm doing wrong? Any help would be much appreciated. I hate it when I lose all my work because it hangs up on this process when I try to save.
