I converted these using 3DXChange 7 from Go In Furniture Catering equipment & furniture | GO IN (goin-furniture.com)
using their product configurator  GO IN product configurator | Configure furniture online (goin-furniture.com)
The original files were 3DS. I hope you enjoy these. With the configurator, you can change the wood, metal and fabric textures.
You can also change the chairs to arms or no arms. From high tables for stools to coffee tables.
