Newbie here, do I have to download the smart content manager/smart gallery separately? The download form won't let me download my purchases without it! HELP!

Smart Content Manager is built into CC4 (and iClone 8). When you open CC4, Smart Content Manager will be available immediately. You don't need to download it separately.
