Greetings, Does anyone knows why in Motion Live Iclone 7.9 panel connected with IPhone the Record and Preview and also Set Zero Pose buttons are grayed out. It doesn't let me to click on Face on character list even though the character is selected on the view port. I've tried it on several characters but the result is still gray. Live Face app is successfully connected with iclone. Thanks. 76% of original size (was 665x19) - Click to enlarge![https://forum.reallusion.com/uploads/images/94357180-089f-4294-beab-be23.jpg](https://forum.reallusion.com/uploads/images/94357180-089f-4294-beab-be23.jpg) Thank you.

Is that character a character that is compatible with Live Face? It will need to be something like a CC3+ character (there are other types that work but not ALL characters have the necessary lip morphs). Try the default character you also have in that scene. And remember, you don't click that box, but click the icon next to it.

It's okay - glad I could help (and I did get your email, but I saw this message and thought it might help others as well. If you DO want to reach me privately mike at kelleytown dot com is the best way).
