I want to use Motion Director freebie-Casual Walk Female Extend_Dodge but I get an error like the image below. and weird thumbnail.
Thumbnails worked fine in .Player Control.iProject and Extend files worked.  I'm Japanese and I'm not good at English;

Hi, I don't know if this is the fix or not, but RL also updated the Motion Director pack.  Did you update the MD pack when you downloaded the freebie?

Yes, i thought that was the cause, so I uninstalled it and installed it again, but it didn't improve.

I tried it and get the same error you reported.  You should enter a FB Tracker ticket to RL.
