Ok, I feel like stupid, or I missed something.

I've bought Character_Creator_3 on 07/28/2021, not knowing  version 4 would be released, and u can't upgrade to 4, well I guess?..

But my problem: I'm trying to install Character Creator 3, can't figure out how.

In  My order history I see these 2 downloads:
Character_Creator_3_Hub.exe              
Character_Creator_3_Pipeline_Extension_Enu.exe

I Downloaded both, I first installed ''Character_Creator_3_Hub.exe ''

And when I want to installed the second download ''Character_Creator_3_Pipeline_Extension_Enu.exe''
I get an error while executing:



I started the Reallusion Hub, there is no where an option to download Version 3.
I don't have this file, It's also not downloadable in my History Orders. Where to I get this file?

So. What now? I bought it legally, what am I missing here?
I've installed this in the past without a problems.

Anyone suggestions?

All you should need to do is the following:

1. Launch the Reallusion Hub.
2. Login with the same account details (email and password) used when you purchased Character Creator 3.
3. Once logged in you should see Character Creator 3 listed as available to install.
4. Just click Install to begin the process.

Please Note: Do not install the trial version if that is listed. Trial versions can't be registered to make them the full version.

In addition, you can certainly upgrade to Character  Creator 4 for a discounted price but it's not a free upgrade.

Thanks for the help Peter, I already figured it out.
Somehow ''I was not logged in the hub itself'', that's why I didn't see my stuff.
I'm a total noob with this software. Used it a few times. I think this topic can be closed.
