I can rotate the root bone but I can not move it. I need x y and z transforms for bouncing and attack animation. 

You might have accidentally enabled spring for the bone you are trying to rotate.
Spring bones are not posable.

This cute slime needs help. I have seem to have imported it from blender into CC4 as a Creature. Added sprint bones and sent him into IClone... but I cant seem to move its root bone I can rotate but the root bone seems locked...
