I downloaded a free sample backflip motion that you can convert from cascadeur to FBX (or DAE).
I used 3DXChange to convert to IC7. I slowed the motion down a little, because I thought it was to fast.

Some of the bones above the pelvis (hip) you don't need.
It took about 7 minutes just to render 250 frames. There must be a lot of keyframes in that motion.
I have downloaded larger scenes, and to render 250 frames took about 2 minutes or less.
It is free for the basic plan (300 frame limit for animations). You can sign up with Google or Facebook.
I am no expert on key frames. I just thought the IC forum would like to see an example of Cascadeur.
