Hi,
I recently purchased CTA5 and trying to understand if there is any option to mask an image with another image? The idea is to create a reveal animation where one object can reveal another object below it. Any suggestion would be highly appreciated.
Thank you.

I probably don't understand your question as you simply can put an image in front of the other image in CA,
as we have kinda flat 3D space. Simply change Z values...

HI @toystorylab, thank you for the response. Let me give an example. I have a character and I want to show that character within the bounds of another object. Like a reflection in the mirror. A mask can help with these kind of scenarios. It can be achieved by other means as well but that might not be very easy. I wonder what should be the easiest and fastest way to achieve something similar.

Hm, I have no idea how to do this automatically, as I expect you want the reflection to "update" when your character is moving.
You could export your scene as video (without mirror visible), mirror (flip horizontally) the video,
add to scene and mask with a wall with a mirror on and transparent "hole".
Surely this will not be an accurate "mirror", but gives an idea of...

Thank you @toystorylab. That's a nice idea too. Let me keep exploring and I'll update this thread if I find something interesting.
